1. All fees paid to us are non-refundable, and this policy applies to both the Pre-consultation and the program of your choice.
2. Last-minute rescheduling of Pre-consultation sessions is not permitted. We require a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) advance notice for any rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being forfeited, and rescheduling is only allowed once.
3. Our sessions strictly adhere to set time schedules, and we recommend participants to be punctual to avoid any time loss or delays.
4. If you miss your appointment or fail to attend the Pre-consultation session, there will be no opportunity for rescheduling or fee refunds. In case of a schedule change or postponement initiated by Garvita, we will work with you to arrange a new session time, but refunds are not possible. Only date changes with new time slots can be accommodated.
5. Appointment reminders are not provided. It is your responsibility to remember your scheduled slot, and we suggest setting alarms and reminders to ensure you do not miss your session.
6. If you want to discuss your lab work during the Pre-consultation session, please send it to [email protected] at least 24 hours before your session. We do not offer follow-up Pre-consultation sessions solely for discussing lab work if you do not have the reports ready during the session. While bringing lab work is not mandatory for the Pre-consultation, we strongly recommend having your latest lab results ready to make the most of the session.
7. The recommended lab work for the Pre-consultation session includes a list of specific tests. We advise refraining from taking medications and supplements for 5 days before these tests and conducting them after a 12-hour fasting period. Please consult your doctor for guidance on discontinuing any medications.
8. The Pre-consultation session is directly conducted with Garvita. Program sessions are generally led by our team, unless you explicitly choose to join a program led by Garvita.
