Food additives creep into our lives through packed food, often disguised as “flavors” or “flavorings” on labels which are not as innocent as they appear. the fact that they appear at the end of a food or ingredient list doesn’t make them less threatening. Even a small amount is potent.
Accountability has a long way to go when it comes to food labeling. Even if you are careful while buying foods and supplements, it doesn’t mean these chemicals don’t make their way into your food or haven’t been present in the food you ate in the past and then stuck around in your brain, liver, and body. If we’re not actively cleansing these elements, they can stay in our bodies for decades. For example, the additives in burgers, fries, and soda you ate at a sports game when you were a kid could still be affecting you today.
These problematic food and supplement chemicals heighten sensitivities and also create diseased tissue because they are so highly toxic. These chemicals can kill brain cells by eating away the brain tissue, creating pits in the brain, little crevices, and crayers, similar to how toxic heavy metals work. These chemicals can create lesions and spots in the brain tissue and can spur along brain atrophy.
Problematic food chemicals are toxic invaders that tend to affect the emotional centers of the brain. The more food additives in the brain the more unstable it can become. More so these elements are highly addictive, making us dependent on them without even realizing it so we end up consuming more and more of them.
